5 Steps to Amazon CPF Green Label

Step 1: Select Your Label
Match the optimal CPF certification label based on your product category and material composition. For example: OEKO-Tex or GOTS for textiles, GRS or RCS for products with recycled content, FSC for wood products. ⏱ 1-2 business days
Step 2: Prepare Documentation
Organize required certification materials including product specifications, supply chain information (raw material sources, supplier lists), and production process flowcharts. Our experts pre-review to ensure completeness and compliance. ⏱ 3-7 business days
Step 3: Testing & Verification
Submit product samples to accredited laboratories for required testing or verify recycled/organic material content ratios. GRS/RCS requires recycled content verification; OCS/GOTS requires organic content verification; OEKO-Tex requires harmful substance testing. ⏱ 1-3 weeks
Step 4: Submit for Certification
Submit the complete application package to the certification body (e.g., SGS, BV, Intertek). We track progress throughout the review and coordinate any additional documentation or on-site audits if required. ⏱ 2-4 weeks
Step 5: Get Your Green Label
Upon passing the certification audit, receive your certificate and submit the certification information to Amazon Seller Central (under the Sustainability certification module). Your product listing will then display the Climate Pledge Friendly green badge. ⏱ Effective immediately
